Success starts with knowing your budget. Having your pre-approval positions you to make offers when the perfect house comes along. Think of this as your Golden Ticket to the home-buying factory. Not only does it show sellers you're serious while making offers, it gives you a clear picture of what you can afford, or steps you need to take to get where you want to be.

Whether it be a particular neighborhood, a remodeled kitchen, or schools, it’s important to decide on what features are must haves, nice to haves, or dealbreakers. Knowing what’s important to you helps us hone in on properties that check all the boxes and filter through the noise.

Start Touring Homes With Strategy

With your budget and priorities in place, we'll kick off a focused home search. I'll curate a list of properties that check your boxes and schedule showings strategically, so every visit helps us compare options and move closer to the right fit.

Whether it's a buyer's market, seller's market, or somewhere in between, the secret is the same: a smart, well-crafted offer. I'll help you run through different scenarios so you can submit an offer with confidence and get it noticed for all the right reasons.

Navigate Escrow Like a Pro
Once your offer is accepted, it's game time - and I'll be by your side to make sure you handle escrow like a pro. We'll stay in close touch with your lender and escrow officer to meet deadlines, sign agreements, and keep everything on track. Typically, escrow lasts 30-45 days (though shorter timelines are possible), and during that time we'll schedule inspections so there are no surprises. And if something feels off, don't sweat it. I've got your back to renegotiate and make the deal sweeter.
