your journey begins here
Whether it's your first home or your next one, buying in Los Angeles moves fast and the details matter. My job is to make sure you know what you can afford, what you're really looking for, and how to win it when you find it.
From pre-approval to keys in hand, you'll get honest advice, a clear plan, and someone in your corner at every step.
If you're thinking about buying, I'd bet at least one of these has kept you up at night:
"I don't even know where to start, and I'm already overwhelmed."
"We love our neighborhood. We just can’t figure out how to stay in it.
"What if we buy now and it’s the wrong move in five years?"
Here's the truth: every one of those is normal, and every one of them has an answer. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk, and you're not bothering me with questions. Figuring it out together is literally my job.

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make and you shouldn't have to do it alone. Here’s how we’ll do this together, one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
1. Get real about the numbers
I know, the dreaded B word. But a clear budget is what lets you shop calmly instead of anxiously. We’ll get you pre-approved and walk through the full picture (down payment, closing costs, inspections, and what you’ll actually spend each month) before you fall in love with anything. You’ll also get my custom tools that let you play with the numbers in real time, so you’re never guessing. And if the math feels confusing, ask me. That’s what I’m here for.
2.Figure out what home means to you
Before we look at a single listing, we’ll talk about your life: your commute, your Sunday mornings, whether the dog needs a yard or you need to walk to coffee. Then we’ll narrow your wish list to the three to five things that truly matter, so a pretty kitchen doesn’t talk you into a house that doesn’t fit.
3. Find the one
You’ll get a custom search that sends you new matches as soon as they hit the market, plus a peek at off-market and coming-soon homes through my agent network. When something catches your eye, I’ll get you in the door. On every tour, I’ll show you what’s normal wear and tear and what would actually concern me, so you can decide with confidence.
4. Write an offer that wins (without losing your shirt)
The strongest offer isn’t always the highest one. We’ll build yours around terms, timing, and price, and I’ll tell you honestly what I’m seeing in the data. No pressure, no “you have to decide right now.” Then I’ll negotiate hard so you get the best deal possible.
5. Close with confidence
Inspections, appraisals, contingencies, deadlines. I’ll walk you through every one in plain English, keep the paperwork moving, and check in regularly until the keys are in your hand. You’ll never wonder what’s happening next.
6. Stay rooted
IClosing day isn’t goodbye. I’m your go-to for contractor referrals, neighborhood recs, and “is this worth fixing?” texts. When you’re ready for what’s next, whether that’s moving up, investing, or just catching up over coffee, I’ll be here.

SOME kind WORDS
“
There were seven competing offers on the townhouse, and Lauren helped me tweak my offer to beat all the competition. Smart, prompt, kind, and an excellent communicator.
She knows the LA market inside and out. When we had trouble finding important HOA documents, she went the extra mile to follow up to make sure we had the answers we needed. We've referred a handful of friends to Lauren.
Lauren was a lifesaver. As a first time homebuyer, I can say that my experience purchasing a home was more fun and educational than it was stressful, and that was due primarily to Lauren.

Let's sit down, go over your goals, and build a plan for your home.
